As we grow older, we know that conventional exercise becomes harder.

Our machines benefits particularly for the elderly, including:
  • 1. Non-aerobic exercise, making it more accessible to the less fit
  • 2. Very low impact - at very low speeds with the Body Action is easier than walking
  • 3. There is a direct vertical acceleration to the body's centre if gravity which reducers passive forces to the joints, but elicits stretch reflexes to stabilize the body's posture
  • 4. As the muscles are stimulated via a stretch reflex, 100% of muscle fivers are stimulated compared to an active contraction which uses much less of the muscle fibers
  • 5. At Medium and higher speeds, vibration motion increases bone strength and helps build muscle, both of which help protect against the effects of osteoporosis
  • 6. Lower speeds greatly increase blood flow around hips and knees, and the repetitive stretching strengthens the joints and muscles
  • 7. There is a sturdy grab rail to hold on to, and a LARGE safety shut off button
